Business as Usual: MIWD and ECQ

 

 

In support of the Iloilo City mandate on EC No 55, the “Enhanced Community Quarantine”, Metro Iloilo Water District assures its concessionaires that water distribution operations will continue as usual.

Though our physical office at the MIWD Building at Bonifacio Drive, I.C will be closed due to the City mandate, our customers can reach us through the following contact points written below, and payment will still be accepted through our Partner Agents, also written below.

And as per our JV partner, the Metro Iloilo Water, the penalties for late payments for the billing period of March 2020 shall be waived. We encourage our consumers, however, to pay their bills on time or ahead of the due date at any of our authorized collecting agents so that we can avoid possible congestion in collection and practice social distancing.
