Arthur Defensor Jr., Doy Andrada, President of Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation, and Atty. Suzette Mamon, Provincial Administrator.
The drumvatory is an innovative way to improve handwashing practices, and will be invaluable in the current time of the global COVID crisis, where handwashing and sanitation practices stem the tide of spreading the pandemic virus.
