MIB, PRC and Dinagyang Foundation donates drumvatories for Capitol

December 1, 2020, Iloilo Provincial Capitol — a total of 50 drumvatories were donated by the joint effort of the Metro Iloilo Bulk Water Supply (MIB), the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Iloilo and the Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation, Inc.

On hand for the ceremonial turnover of the drumvatories was (from l-r on photo) Joji Marmolejo-Autajay PRC CSR for Health, Mr. Alegre Orbista MIB Division Manager for Logistics, Gilbert Paul Valderrama, Chapter Administrator for PRC, Mr. Ramon Cua Locsin, Chairman PRC and MIWD BoD, The Honorable Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr., Doy Andrada, President of Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation, and Atty. Suzette Mamon, Provincial Administrator.

The drumvatory is an innovative way to improve handwashing practices, and will be invaluable in the current time of the global COVID crisis, where handwashing and sanitation practices stem the tide of spreading the pandemic virus.
