MIWD JBLFMU Community Donation 2023

John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (JBLFMU) donated 7,716 packs of powdered milk for children and 125 hygiene kits 125 families in Oton and Arevalo, namely Brgy. Trapeche, Brgy. Sto. Niño Sur and Brgy. Sto. Niño Norte in Oton and Brgy. So-oc, in Arevalo, Iloilo. This is in part of the Building A Healthy Community Project between the MIWD and JBLFMU, with last Monday’s distribution being the third of six donations, with the donations being distributed once a month to the designated communities.

There are a total of 125 recipients among the four adopted barangays, and the healh of the recipient children are being monitored, with the best improvement in health among the recipients to receive incentives at the end of the six-month project.
